Übersicht
The short workshop offers TUD employees an overview of the facets of structural discrimination and associated intervention strategies in everyday university life. It offers a space for an exchange about experiences with harassment, discrimination and violence. The workshop is rounded off by a joint reflection on the promotion of freedom of expression and the ability to tolerate, criticize and deal with conflict at the university.
